Job Description
The Head of School serves as the chief executive and spiritual leader of Northside Christian School, responsible for guiding the institution’s mission, culture, academic excellence, and operational health. This leader will oversee the strategic direction of the school, ensuring alignment across faculty, staff, programs, and departments while cultivating a spiritually formative environment for students.
