Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy (CHCA) is a leading Christ-centered, non-denominational, college-preparatory school serving more than 1,300 students from early childhood through grade 12 across multiple campuses in the greater Cincinnati area. CHCA now seeks its next Head of School for the fall of 2027 at a moment of strength and opportunity. In partnership with NextEd, the Board of Trustees is conducting a comprehensive national search for the school’s next permanent leader. With strong enrollment, meaningful campus investment, and sustained institutional momentum, CHCA is well-positioned for continued growth and influence. The next Head of School will be a deeply committed Christ-centered leader—one who brings strategic clarity, relational leadership, and visionary direction to guide the school into its next chapter of excellence, innovation, and Kingdom impact.
